Your Elevator Pitch – Communicating who you are and what you do.
Your website or web presence can be considered something like what some in the sales world call an “elevator pitch”. Each page has an opportunity to share who you are and how you might meet the needs that they are looking for.
I have come to learn and feel that the best elevator pitch begins to build and develop a relationship, introduce a vision and leave the prospect eager for more, wanting to get connected.
If you are a business owner it is wise to ask yourself “What is my pitch? What does it sound like? And, what does it communicate? If your business is anything like mine, it should be in constant development.
The content within your website should be more about educating and creating a conversation about the products and services you provide and less about announcing who you are and your accomplishments.
